When Tannor does the Engineering Design, the job can be designed by Tannor and reviewed with the Owner prior to the start of construction, or construction can begin while the design is not yet completed. The old way of design by a separate engineer, bidding, and contracting takes much more time then design build. Also, during construction the "finger pointing" is inevitable between the Engineer, the Owner, and the Contractor. One company responsibility can be advantageous. |
